Hello and welcome!
I am often asked why I practice acupuncture and the short answer is that I am an extension of my mother. My mother was a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I experienced the profound effect acupuncture and herbal medicine can have on one’s journey toward health and well-being. I believe that acupuncture is for everyone, and I am grateful that I can share this medicine with others. The heart of my work is guided by love.
Having worked in multiple clinical settings including academic hospitals and community clinics, I inform my clinical practice with current research and best practices. I treat a wide range of health concerns including pain (e.g., migraines, arthritis), reproductive health, digestive health, and mental health (e.g., anxiety, depression).
I earned my Doctorate in Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University. I am currently licensed with the Michigan Board of Medicine, the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, and nationally credentialed through NCCAOM.
